A 210 1GB and 2GB can not run games on High or Ultra probably after the year 2010. You can probably run games on Ultra probably on internet flash games or games that doesn't require a graphics card display of 1GB.

Yes, you are right. If you are into AMD GPU, maybe a 270X or later will be a better choice in my opinion to play Ultra or High. But the 260X will still perform the job you want.

I have mentioned this in my previous answer. Only internet flash games which don't require much graphics.
