I've been using the Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 which is really similiar to the card you're talking about. Mine is clocked at 1070MHz core and 5600MHz memory. The Vapor-X is clocked at 1100MHz core and 5800MHz memory. I've personally had nothing but good experiences with Sapphire. The coolers on these two cards look very similiar so you can expect a cool card (high 60s to low 70s on full load) with a mid range noise level (can get a bit annoying if the game is quiet but won't be heard past headphones). I'd overall really recommend the card. Very well built, great performance, and easily tweaked.

Here are some benchmarks that Tom's Hardware did for the R9 280X, R9 270X, and R7 260X. It also scored very well on Futuremark benchmarks. It's the highest scoring card in performance vs price. The Futuremark scores do a good job of showing how it compares to cards in the same price range.
