    According to http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-5450-vs-GeForce-GT-610

The Radeon HD is better than the GeForce 610. The Radeon should be able to play Planetside 2 on low settings if you don't mind or not even playable at all.

If you have extra cash, you should invest in the NVIDIA 700 Series or wait for the upcoming 800 Series or just get an R9 by Radeon.

    Hope this has helped you.
  2. Just barely if at all.
  3. Depending on what CPU you are getting, pretty much any modern onboard graphics solution is better than these 2 graphics cards.

Planetside DEFINITELY will not be playable.

I know this is old, but if you drop down to the actual gaming benchmarks the 610 is twice as fast as the 5450. I had a GT 520 (exact same card) in an HTPC and it could run a few games really well and was just enough to squeak out others. Ultimately, these cards should be ignored unless $30 is all you have to spend. If you can scrounge an extra $20 the GT 730 (even in DDR3 form) is a FAR better option for tight budget gaming.
