need for speed rivals is running slow

here are my pc specs

AMD A8 6600k 3.9ghz base 4.1ghz turbo
4gb 1600mhz ram
2gb graphic card, windows 7, 32 bit

is there any problem with my specs ??
the game only runs at 11-12 fps speed

I guessed his GPU is old, with old GPU you at least have a 64-bit OS or more memory installed.. If his GPU is strong enough for game, 32-bit OS with 3 GB RAM (my laptop) is enough..

Graphics card name and model? And a 32-bit OS can use only 3.25 GB of RAM no matter how much was installed.. Believe me, that game needs at least 6 GB of memory and the only way to use is getting a 64-bit OS.. Otherwise there will always be huge FPS losses for that game..

Actually you are wrong.I have got 32bit os installed.I played nfs rivals with 60fps+ without drops...
