Even in Euros that is way low, especially as you want shipping and that Euro tax included (so your actually talking 400-475Euros) , which is NOT doable for a 'gaming PC'. Invest (since your budget is too low) in a PS4 or other console, you will get BETTER results then the PC. For example that PC would NOT play Assassin Creed 4 that came out, it would be too low end hardware to support it. Conversely on a PS4 you can play it 1080P at 60FPS.
Or save up and DOUBLE your budget to get a proper PC gaming system.
So how much would I need to buy the pc and would you mind doing a cheap pc build for me ? With a doable price ?
As I said "DOUBLE your budget". But it all depends what your wanting to play, at what video settings, at what graphics settings and what 'performance' level your expecting minimally. The 'I seen on Youtube' standard is normally 1080p displayed, on High graphics settings in the game, and getting 50FPS or better.
To see how this pans out in hardware, for say the current testing standard: WatchDogs
Per Forbes http://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevangelho/2014/05/26/watch-dogs-pc-benchmark-results-multiple-amd-and-nvidia-cards-tested/ your best bet would be GTX 770 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nvidia-video-card-900120052500000) or a Radeon 280x (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/visiontek-video-card-900652) which are $355 and $260US respectively, for nothing more then JUST the video card. Hence investing in say a AMD FX-8350 based system (as noted in TechSpot http://www.techspot.com/review/827-watch-dogs-benchmarks/page5.html) to keep pace with the video card you would still have a build like this
http://www.maximumpc.com/article/features/amd_gaming_PC_2013 still costing $1200 even if you ditched both the SSD and 4TB drive and just got a off the shelf 1TB 7200RPM single drive for $50 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st31000524ns)
