Should I overclock my overclock-able monitor?

Hi,
I have a Viewsonic VX2770smh 27" 1920x1080@60hz IPS monitor and I'm not sure where I read before but I discovered that it is overclockable.
I've tested with this monitor for a while and have discovered that the maximum refresh rate that this monitor can run at is 82Hz using EVGA's Pixel Clock Tool. If i go any higher, the screen will go black and say !OUT OF RANGE!.
The main reason why I overclock this screen is because I play competitive Counter Strike Global Offensive and the difference between 60fps and 82fps is feels quite a lot in my opinion. I have a few questions to ask:
1. Should I overclock my monitor in the first place?
2. Will overclocking it affect its lifespan?
3. Should I just overclock when I'm in game and just leave it at 60Hz when I'm just browsing etc.?
4. Is my monitor 'designed' for overclocking? Or is it just something which the panel is 'capable' of.

PS: Don't tell me to buy a 120hz monitor because I dont have the money$$$.

If it runs at 82hz without any issues, I say just leave it at that if you can notice a difference. :)
I don't believe it will reduce the lifespan of the monitor.
The monitor wouldn't be designed for overclocking. But if you can do it without consequences and notice a difference, you might as well. :)

He won't actually be able to see anything more than 60fps though. So that's not really relevant.
