Which is the best Z97 motherboard out of these?

Asrock Z97 Extreme4 - $128.99
Asus Z97-A - $139.99
Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H - $139.99
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming - $129.99
MSI Z97-G55 SLI - $78.99 (this has g55 instead of g45 which I assume is better but is significantly cheaper?!)

Any other similarly priced Z97 motherboard would be good too.

I will be using the following configuration:

i5-4690K (want to overclock 4.2 - 4.4 ghz)
Hyper 212 evo
8gb 1866mhz a.data ram
Sapphire tri-x r9 290
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
Antec 1100 V2
EVGA G2 750w

Simply the ASUS Z97-A, is the best value for money board..

I personally use the one that is bolded and is very good. I love it. Also, the Gigabyte z97x-UD3H is a good board also.

The Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 3 or 5 would also be good.

The Asus Z97-A is the best of the group (and best selling), it's improved from the Z87 which was a great mobo also

As many said the Z97-A isnt a bad choice. Although, any of these boards are great boards. Especially the MSI Z97 - G45
