Hi,
I want to know a graphics card for pc for playing games & Pc configration is ...

Motherboard -gigabyte GA-F2A55M-S1
Processor - AMD A4-4000 APU with readon (tm) Hd graphics
Ram - DDR3 4Gb
power supply - Iball 450 watt
HDD - 1Tb
O/S windows 8 Professional 32 bit

Could you suggest me that which graphics card support in pc

You best bet is Nvidia GTX750Ti, or at least 750 (without Ti). These models use very low power, and since your power supply is a bad quality one, you don't want to stress it too much. I would swap this PSU as soon as possible... with XFX Core 450W.
