How to unistalling video drivers

Hello

I would like to know how to fully uninstall the Asus GTX 650 2gb from my windows 7 system so i can then install my new AMD R9 270x. I would like to remove everything so there is no conflicts with the new AMD video drivers that i would be installing, like registry that hasn't been removed.

I have Ccleaner.

I normally use this tool:
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html

After downloading it, you boot up in safe mode and open the tool.
Select Nvidia to uninstall the drivers.
Check the box to remove any folders related to Nvidia /AMD.
Select option to clean and restart.
And you are done.

Just go into Control Panel, Uninstall Programs and uninstall all the nVidia programs - they're the drivers.

What process would i go through with this software.
I'm a rookie in uninstalling drivers so with setting am i picking on this software for uninstalling my old one then putting my new card in?
