Help with PSU purchasing?

I am looking to buy a new power supply soon, preferably something with sleeved or black cables. I have looked at things like the Corsair CX430 and Antic VP450

What is the best power supply for around £40 ($67)?

Thank you in advance

Specs in PC:
Instil core i3 CPU @ 3.3GHz
8gb ddr3 1333MHz RAM
500gb Hdd + 128gb ssd
Basic disk drive

  1. This one, it is even below your max budget and still way better than BOTH supplies you mentioned:

Antec VP is the better PSU.
But without knowing where you are shopping and what context the price is in, we can not make many suggestions.

Agreed. There are better options than the VP, but you're right it's impossible to suggest anything without knowing what website he's using to order his parts.
