This is my first time building a computer and I really need some help, here are the specs I've planned:
1.AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor

2.ATI Radeon™ HD 5870 Graphics Card

3.NZXT Phantom Enthusiast Full Tower - 5 x 5.25" Drive Bays, 7 x 3.5" Drive Bays, 7 x Exp Slots, 2 x USB Ports, 2 x Audio Ports, 1 x eSATA

4. WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX

5.Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)

6. GA-890FXA-UD5 Motherboard

7. Alienware TactX Keyboard

8. Alienware TactX Mouse

9. Viewsonic VX2452mh Monitor

I just wanted to know if there is anything I'm missing or if these aren't compatible with each other, any other advice for a newcomer such as myself would also be greatly appreciated.
I am willing to spend as much as 1750 but no more than 2000.

Are Video Cards and Graphic Cards the same, because I was under the impression that they were different, if they are then I would prefer the Graphic Card. I apologize for my incompetence if I'm incorrect, but aren't Video Cards used for capturing video footage?
