Hi, my name is VeBz and my PC is toast.

Almost a year back my pc burnt because of massive ovearheating, caused by long, intense gaming sessions of very graphically intense games.
Back then my pc was still in warranty so I got it replaced.
After about a day or so, it started acting up.
It started giving me very frequent BSoDs.
I was stupid enough to wait for a year before starting a thread.
I got it checked, where they pointed at my Ram and/ or a Heat Sink.

I am really Noobish at this stuff, but I've seen people Giving their specs, so:
Win 7 x32 Ultimate
AMD Sapphire HD5450
4GB RAM
A Gigabyte motherboard, not sure which one
AMD Phenom II x2 (not black edition)

+Some of the BSoDs that I've had are
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
BAD_POOL_CALLER (which I got ironically while trying to open notepad, to save what I've written incase of a BSoD)
Memory_Management
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

+Some more information:
-For some apparent reason, Network and Sharing Center refuses to open, now.
-Sometimes while browsing the net, Google Chrome Starts crashing ("He's Dead, Jim!", then immediately, "Woah, Google Chrome Has Crashed!") and then directly to a BSoD
-Most of the time I get BSoDs are when I'm on my browser, or while trying to open an application, or closing it; my guess, the RAM?
-I've got AVAST! Antivirus.
-BSoDs do occur while I am AFK.
-Sometimes I get HARD FREEZE'd and sometimes I just get crashed and restarted, with no BSoD.
-Don't know how to find or link Dumps, lol.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks!
