Ive run 30 min in kombuster 1366x368 AA8 , furmark same res AA8 1h , 3d mark 1 loop , heaven benchmark 1 loop , OCCT 1h artifacts test
i havn't played anygame yet , would playing LoL at 1366x368 max be a good stress test for the gpu ?? i can't download any other game since the net here sucks

League of Legends doesn't apply much stress, so its not a very good stress test.

You could try a longer run of Kombustor, but it looks like you've done a reasonable amount with no sign of instability already. If its unstable, it will tell you sooner or later.

so what's a good game to test stability , i heard of BF3 , but if i run it in like 1280x1024 medium settings , would it be a good stress test , cuz i want the game to not be unplayable when i stress test it cuz that would ruin the point of stress testing in a game
