Ok I am planning to buy i5-4670k,and overclock it at 4ghz with CM EVO 212.
I want to record while I play games.
Will I see drop in perfomance if I go with i5-4670k instead of i7-4770k @ 4ghz?

Because while I game normally cpu will not be problem, but I won't to know wil I get more fps with i7 and how much more?
While I game and record I won't have any other programs turned on.
My GPU will be asus or gigabyte gtx 780.(Also which one is better asus or gigabyte?)

So I hope you understood question, and if not,let me try explain one more time.
Lets say I get 50fps while playing watchdogs. If I record with i7 how much fps will I get,and how much will fps I get with i5? I know number will decrease while recording but will there be difference between when I use i7 or i5?
I have 8gb of ram,ssd 250gb evo 840,and 1080p vg24qe monitor

You will see very little difference between the i7 and i5 when gaming or streaming, as the steaming doesn't use very much CPU power to perform. At the end of the day you might as well say the $100 extra that you would have spent on the i7 and buy a game or two or a better graphics card

I7 is better, but I've done streaming on my older i5 and it doesn't drop the FPS too bad. Might as well get the I7 so you have a longer period before the next upgrade. Also, the 780 from Asus is quieter but the Windforce runs cooler. If you are going to OC, get Windforce, if not, get Asus.

The difference with watchdogs on an I7 and I5 would be GPU bound. They would be within 2-5 FPS and the GPU would affect the FPS more than the CPU. If you were playing a very CPU intensive game, it would make a bigger difference, but I could not see it making more than a 15% decrease (ie 80 FPS vs 68 FPS) but I don't really think there are many CPU bound games out right now.
