Gpu uefi bios for EVGA GTX 760 4gb

Hi everybody, I recently installed a GTX 760 SC 4Gb. I was wondering if I can access the UEFI BIOS, or do I need something like MSI Afterburner to do so. All inputs are welcome any help would be appreciated!

The dual BIOS relates to the BIOS on the gpu. It is not accessible to the public. It simply means that you have two BIOS on the gpu and if one gets corrupt, you can switch to the other as a backup using the switch.
The motherboard BIOS doesn't affect the BIOS in the gpu.
