I need to build a pc for a friend to run watch dogs

Personally I would like a reliable psu (not off brand) and motherboard. I dont care if you use an APU in the build as long as its compatible with watch dogs. Also I would prefer a DVD Drive (Just throw in a cheap Lite on drive or something idrc) and 8gb of ram and a quad core at least. Also later on he wants to put an EVGA GTX 760 ACX or the 860 when it is released. If its possible can you make it around 300-350 usd

This is what your are looking for, to say the least:

The recommended graphics card for this game (GTX 560 Ti) comes at $500. Its impossible to even buy the GPU in 300-350 USD for running the game. You must increase your budget by around 5 times in order to play it.

Lol, that's exactly what I was thinking when reading through his reply. You can't build a PC that can run watch dogs for $300 unfortunately. You will need to spend AT LEAST double, or even triple that price.
