Build is in signature.

I have a Rosewill 650w 80+ gold modular PSU.

Would it be enough to run a 2nd 760?

That'll barely cut it. I can see problems if you were to try overclocking just the slightest. To be safe I'd get a 750w, but if price doesn't bother you much an 850w would be safest.

EDIT: I notice you have an FX 8350 with a H100i. This means that you probably overclocked your CPU. The 8350 takes up a lot of power and you'll probably hit your limit with a second GTX 760. Definitely get the 750w or 850w.

I wouldn't risk it 750W minimum should be your starting point.

when shopping for PSUs, ALWAYS have at least a 50-100W overkill headroom so you don't have to replace it if you put some other computer chip in your computer.
