HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
Fans - 2 x White LED 140 mm on top, 1 x 140 mm on the Side, 2 x 120 mm in the front, 2 x 120 mm on the cooler radiator.
 
Solution
Assuming that your GPU is an Nvidia GTX 680, that you're not over clocking, that you have at least 1 dvd rom, and at least 10 usb ports, you should't need more than 500w. If you plan to over clock and keep your CPU and system load to 100% 650w are going to be more than enough.


If you want to experiment for yourself there are many website that calculate how many Watts you're going to need such as:
