Intel on board graphics are not working

I own a PC with Intel D854GVSR mother board and unfortunately the on board intel graphics are not responding. Motherboard has three PCI slots, can i install a graphic card or video card with a VGA port on that PCI slot. If so please tell me where to buy else what can be done to the solution for that?

Are they PCI slots or PCI-e?

First check if your processor supports an integrated graphics chip.
If it does, then it's not responding, and you may need a video card (of course, who doesnt want a video card)
You will require at least 1 PCI-e slot.

There are no PCI-e Slots on mainboard. Only 3 PCI slots.......?????
