will the thermaltake smart se 730w handle this specs ?
fx-8350 (will oc to 5 ghz )
sapphire vapor x r9 280x
g.skill ripjawsx 2x4 1866 mhz 1.5v
cooler master v6gt cpu cooler

i will use the pc in hardcore gaming

It'll handle it, but I wouldn't try for a crossfired system, nor would I overclock very much.

I have a Fx-8320 (OC'd) and a r9 290, and they were running on a Thermaltake 700w up until last night (my PSU started humming, and I knew right away to cease usage; I ordered a CM v750 today).
