Hi , so first heres my boot.ini :

[Boot Loader]
Timeout=30
Default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Pro" /usepmtimer
[Operating Systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Pro" /fastdetect /usepmtimer

ok, now when i turn on pc it gives me two os options
1. (default)windows xp pro
2. windows xp pro

but when i select (default)windows xp pro it just wont boot..even if i add /fastdetect (well obv both entries are the same) only the second entry works.. how can i solve this? i want to remove boot select menu and boot straight to windows. Thanks.
