First off i would set the rendering resolution to something lower like 75%, have you been in "My documents" to change the number & detail of objects and the render distance?
in My Documents/Dayz/*YourProfileNameHere*.dayzprofile (open with notepad)
You should turn these down a bit for better framerate:
sceneComplexity
shadowZDistance
viewDistance
preferredObjectViewDistance
Also make sure it's set to having 2GB of VRAM, you'll set it in the options, set it to 2GB instead of auto, just to make sure it is using the full 2GB VRAM your card have.
