Hi, Im building a custom gaming computer and I wasn't sure if all my parts were compatible. My parts are

ASUS R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 Radeon R9 280X 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i

AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition

Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)

Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CML8GX3M2A1600C9B)

Seagate Barracuda 7200 1.5 TB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s 32MB Cache 3.5 Inch Internal Hard Drive ST31500341AS-Bare Drive

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 750 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze (TX750)

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Cooler Master HAF 922 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow and USB 3.0

I want to know if all of these parts will work together, and if I will have sufficient cooling with the water cooling + the fans on the case I have. And in general any advice on building it or anything would help too. This is my first build and I know everyones going to ask why I am getting such parts first, and its because I saw good reviews and need a good gaming computer, reliable and strong. I appreciate all answers and thanks in advance.

Hmmmm, well I hadn't the slightest clue where to start 3 years ago, so a reliable guy I knew gave a list of parts he used for his first build, and I filled in some blank spots with my own picks. I'm not going to lie I could have gotten better parts than what I did, but I have been saving money and buying a few parts at a time. Right now I am down to buying the graphics card, the keyboard, the windows disc, and a wireless adapter. So now I am pretty much seeking last minute advice and just seeing if what I chose were some good picks. I was not looking for the best yet but more like something that could last me a good time, maybe all the way into college (I'm 16 and a junior in highschool). You probably understand that I don't want to be embarrassed by having to take all of my parts back in front of my parents and start over. And to answer your question why not Intel; as I was researching and picking the parts out I found an enormous amount of people rooting for both Intel and Amd, so I just thought most of the problem was that everyone was biased and I needed to just choose one. Either way, whether Intel is better or not I can't really undo my choice. So back to topic, everything will work fine, but will I have an ok time with cooling since I have the H100i, and will I need to rig my case a bit to fit the cooler in, Ive heard many people say I would have to take a fan out to fit it, and others say otherwise.
