[Maximus VI Formula] Can't flash the latest Bios

can't flash the bios of the latest update: 1504 because there is (as far as I know) no .CAP file, someone who could help?

Thanks but the file update that is required for my cpu is 1504, and there isn't a .cap file in there, the problem is that my motherboard isn't running (Q-code = 00), maybe becaus I don't got the bios wich is compatible with my cpu. And you need a running motherboard for the updater file to work.
