You always seem to be a second too slow when typing your answers NiCoM :p

For around $120 USD (convert that to your local currency) you can buy an intel Pentium G3258 and overclock the hell out of it. A new H81 motherboard will probably run around $60, so you can say $65 + $60 is around $125 USD (obviously prices may vary, you may find a cheaper motherboard or etc). The new bios updates allow for changing the CPU Ratio which is basically all you need to change when overclocking something so simple. Just slowly overclock the pentium until you get high temperatures, and then downclock it a bit and you'll be good to go. It'll have performance rivaling that of an i3 for half the cost.

Streaming is more CPU based, and you're dual core is simply not capable of handling such a CPU intensive game and stream at the same time. Look for a LGA775 quad core CPU to upgrade to (won't be easy, and is fairly motherboard reliant). Your GPU is fine enough for streaming while gaming.

Best solution would be to upgrade your motherboard and CPU to a newer series.

I use my gpu to encode I use nvidia codec to encode so my CPU don't do jack

im certain that it's your CPU that is slowing you down in this case, the CPU is probably the one with the biggest workload from streaming, and with a dual-core with 2GB of RAM, im pretty sure that you should change your CPU instead of GPU to get a better streaming experience.

Also you should give an actual budget for your upgrade, a Nvidia 780TI will do very good in games but we'll need YOUR budget to know which cards you can afford. (and in this case which CPUs and motherboards too)

EDIT: budget? i know someone already said what i just posted...

Think of it this way in your case. The gpu is for gaming. You got that taken care of. Things like videos, photos, things like that. When you are rendering a video, you need a pretty good CPU. When your streaming, you need a pretty good CPU
