If you have about $30 extra bucks to spend, go with the asus GeForce gtx 760 directcu II 2gb

IF you are really ok that strict budget, go with Msi twin frozr r9 270x 2gb

It depends on your case. If you have a tiny case, then you cant fit some of the really expensive ones. But most can. If you want to play mid-high-ultra on GTA V and Crisis 3 and Watch Dogs, bite the bullet and get either a GTX 760 or GTX 770. Really, the GTX 770 is a little bit more money, but it is well worth it. Stick with brands Like Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, or EVGA. Personally, I would go with any of the four, all those are decent brands.

Warranty and Support: EVGA
Build Quality: ASUS an EVGA
Cooling: MSI ASUS and GIGABYTE
Noise: ASus

So Asus or Gigabyte GTX 760 or GTX 770 will do you plenty of graphics power. Watch out for some random sales hitting Newegg and NCIX.

A good budget is 200-300 bucks. It will last a long time without updating it. My tip, get a GTX 770 and watch it crush every game at ultra settings. :) Let me know what your choice is. For around 150-200 you can get a R9 270X which is also really good.

Hmm bros just to remind my mother board is a Gigabyte B85M HD3 which doesn't support crossfire and my caching is not a thermal tech! My budget is around 150-200 bucks. so which one should i go with?

Recommend the MSI Twin Frozr 4 GTX 760. ASus is overpriced 20-30 bucks compared to other brands. ALso Asus has the worst RMA service in my past motherboard failing.
