Looking for a new SSD

My Specs:

AMD FX6300 CPU
PNY GTX 650
EVGA 600w 80Plus PSU
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
1 TB WD HDD
Logitech G15 Keyboard with MX518 Mouse
Windows 7 64Bit

So im looking at get an ssd for my pc. I have a 100 dollar limit to spend. Im up for all suggestions. Im urging to upgrade something and im thinking and ssd would be the best upgrade for my build with only 100 bucks. I thought about adding 8gb more ram but I don't think I would see much diff in gaming. Or a psu upgrade to a corsair. Im just kinda throwing things out there. Im using a gtx 650 because im still running at 1280x1024 and I don't plan on upgrading my monitor what so ever any time soon. But if I get an SSD I was thinking about this one

With the 256GB you will be able to drop more programs on the SSD that you want to move quicker.

very temping sir........very tempting indeed...but my limit is 100. Im only using it for the operating system and one game. The rest of the games I have will go to my 1tb HDD, I have another HDD and I may put them in a raid 0 config as well to give my games on those hdds a bit of a boost.

Edit: I don't use a lot of programs

ccleaner
MSE
Malwarebytes
Steam
Origins
Auslogics defrag - wont need it on the sdd
Logitech gaming software for my mouse and keyboard

And that's it. Rest is games....like 500gb worth of games....

I agree with burdenbound spend just a tad over the $100 and get the Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive.

UPDATE: With what you just posted the Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive or the Samsung one you posted will be fine

If you don't want to go over $100 then the one you previously selected is a good choice. Samsung makes some quality SSDs.
