I looked on ebay and I seem to get way different amounts. What am I missing? Or AM I missing anything?

$400 - $500 I'd say. The weaker, 1.66ghz version goes for $300.

To beat the competition I'd slap a $499.99 price tag on there and call it a day. You're not missing anything, and the Windows disk is a great plus.

On ebay i've seen people putting it at prices roughly $200 - $300. If you're desperate for that money i'd say put it at $200 otherwise you could simply sell it at $250.

BTW... What prevents auctioneers, especially when it's a large company, from driving up the prices through their own bids? They could just have a number of their employees bid and reimburse them if they should "win" yeah? That's why I don't buy from ebay unless it seems genuine.

it does happen (its known as shill bidding). people can report it but its hard to detect sometimes. usually when theres multiple items sold a certain "street price" develops that makes it harder for these people to drive their prices to an unfair amount. so basically theres not really anything that prevents people from doing this since its hard to detect.
