So I accidently deleted AMD CCC, did a system restore and got it back, updated the drivers because when i deleted it, it left a single black bar on the right side of my monitor, it didnt solve the problem so I follwed a youtube tutorial and messed with the image scaling under desktop properties in AMD CCC and now My monitor says out of range and no signal. Under the image scaling, it wouldnt select one of the three options, (i think the middle option was selected) so i just hit apply and my computer made the sound when you unplug something from the computer, and turned black. I dont know anything about the specs but I have a Daewoo monitor and a windows 8 ASUS computer.

Make sure that the resolution and framerate are withing the monitors supported resolution. The "Out of range" means that the output resolution of your computer is higher what your monitor supports.
