cheap pc can run Arma?

Solution
This might be more expensive but it will help you upgrade down the road , it will run Arma 2 with no problems at 1080p. ( BTW Your chosen GPU doesn't have a price so your total build will cost much more than mine )
Intel build : http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TopLuca/saved/c93mP6

AMD Build : http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TopLuca/saved/x7zFf7

Your build has no upgrade route as your Mobo is outdated and same applies to your processor , both of my builds can be upgraded easily in the future and will run arma 2 at 1080p medium settings no problems however Arma is quite CPU Based so the AMD build might be more stronger in that regards as its a 6 core processor

Just wanted to throw out an alternate, cheaper build for you to look at. It might not max Arma 2, but it should be very playable at high settings, along with many other modern titles.
