I only have one free 3 pin fan port on my motherboard, if I get this cable and plug 3 fans into it will all the fans run at full power or will the power be split up between the fans?

I do not recommend that splitter as it can pull more wattage than the motherboard is designed to give and overload the board. A 2 way is all I would go.
