youre going to want something a little more beefy than what you picked out. I looked it up and this would be better but not as good.

that motherboard even has USB3 the other one didnt.

Motherboards don't exactly impact your gaming performance
what they do is allow you to overclock your processor and that motherboard supports only 3 power phases which may not be decent enough if you're looking for a good overclock, its also never a good idea to go with motherboards that are both DDR2 and DDR3 compatible.
