Nope it won't: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB DirectCU II Video Card length of 271mm exceeds the NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case maximum of 265mm. But a good 800w PSU would be perfectly fine.

Are you guys sure it won't fit? I know a lot of cases say this but that also have removable HDD bays so taking one or two of them out allows the cards to fit... I'll see if i can find anything specific to this case.

As they said, not fitting, but if you can find an alternative GPU then you can grab that and have enough power.
