Best budget PSU?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a PSU that is at least 500W. I would like to stay as close to $50 as possible (lower is fine) and I would prefer modular or semi modular. If possible a blue LED on it would be great but not required. Thanks everyone!

EVGA 500B for under 50$. You could sometimes find a EVGA 600B under 50$ after MIR. They're not modular but they're a bit more ideal over the CX series if you're going to be doing stuff that requires a bit more power.
