Difference between these case fans?

Solution
The first one (https://www.komplett.no/noctua-nf-f12-ippc-3000-pwm-120) spins at faster rpm where as the second one (https://www.komplett.no/noctua-nf-f12-ippc-2000-ip67-12...) spins at a lower rpm but is ip67 which means that it is both dust and waterproof.

That is the only difference I could see as the website is in unfamiliar language.

Thank you :) So what would you personally go with?

I would personally go for the ones with the higher rpm, as I don't really see the point in IP67 fans and I'd rather have the performance. The only thing to consider is if the fans spin at a higher rpm they will be louder.
