Under $100, there isn't much to choose from as far as decent overclocking boards go. Is your CPU a K version? If not, there really is no point to overclocking your memory if you aren't able to overclock your cpu.

Yea i was gonna say I think you can only overclock the i5 3570K, i don't think 3450 has a K version.

I also just realized i didn't answer the question lol. I would recommend the Gigabyte H77N board because I have that one for over a year and it hasn't blue screened once. By far the best Mobo I have ever owned.

you can't overclock a 3450. Sorry H77 board is what you want. If you want to overclock you need a 3570K or any intel processor with a K at the end.
