My build:
CPU: Intel core i7-4790k
GPU: MSI GeForce 780 Ti 3gb Le
PSU: SeaSonic 850w 80+ gold certified fully-modular ATX
Memory: Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 1866MHz 8GB
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 or Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SOC FORCE
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250gb 2.5" Solid state drive
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM internal hard drive.
Case: NZXT Phantom black/orange ATX full tower case

The CPU cooler: https://www.komplett.no/noctua-nh-d14-cpu-kjler/512803
Is this easy to install btw? This will be my first build.

The case fans:

https://www.komplett.no/noctua-nf-f12-ippc-2000-ip67-120mm-vifte/816912

How i'm probably going to install them:
Two 120mm fans in the front blowing in.
One 140mm fan on the side and blowing in.
One 120mm fan on the rear and blowing out.
Two 120 on the top and blowing out.
That's at least what I was recommended. If you'd rather install them another way then please tell me. I want a quiet computer with good airflow. Would this be good?
