Both are 1600 in speed, and 9-9-9-24 latency.
Unless one of them does not offer lifetime warranty, you should go with the one you like the most regarding the looks.

Oh, one more thing - check if they are supported by your motherboard on the producer`s website.

They are both low-profile, so none will interfere with a beefy CPU cooler if you have one.
Just pick the one that matches your color scheme, or the one that you like the most.
If you still don`t have a favorite, just get the cheapest, and be done with it :D

Man, you understood me wrong :D
I`m reffering to the fact that it has a low profile heatspreader, meaning it`s not very tall, and it will not interfere with a CPU cooler.

I`m not reffering to the quality of them, just the height :)
