PC Build For Editing/Rendering, Design Work And Gaming £1000

Looking for a set up for the above mentioned uses, it does however include monitor, keyboard and OS in the price.
I was thinking something like a £750-800 PC and a £200-250 monitor.
This is in British pound currency.
Some recommendations on a build to optimise a well balanced work/gaming machine with a monitor and cheap but good keyboard would be great.
I would love to have an Intel i7 to smash rendering times but I believe in this budget that will leave little room for a good GPU, Nvidia is my proffered choice.
16gb of ram, minimum of 12gb.

For rendering I would go with the most amount of ram possible in your budget, but as a nvidia card I would recommend the 760, it can play pretty much any game on high settings and get a solid 60+ FPS. Plus you can probably get a very good monitor for gaming under £200, Just have to find the best deals.

Considering that £1000 is equivalent to €1200. I'd say to go with this.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 = €128
CPU: i7 4770k --- this is an overclockable, multithreaded CPU excellent for gaming and especially video editing = €300
RAM: To be honest any ram should work on that motherboard, but i'd suggest al least 16GB for video editing the --- Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) = €150
GPU: I would go for Nvidia because its compatible with more programs such as Blender cycles render, Maya --- Nvidia GTX 770 = €277
HD: I'd suggest putting an Hybrid drive (SSHD) on your machine instead of a regular SSD or HD --- Seagate STCL2000400= €135
PSU: Just go with a --- Corsair CX600M --- Its hanna have more than enough "juice" also for over clocking. = €70
Monitor: LG 22EA63V --- its a really slick borderless monitor. It has HDMI VGA DVI and an audio jack = €140
Case: Totally up to you = (roughly €100)
Keyboard and mouse: up to you = (roughly €50)

I slightly passed the budget by about €150 that means that this system is going to cost about £1069 i hope £69 won't make a big difference. Cheers!

The Xeon is pretty much a i7, quad-core with hyperthreading but non-overclockeable.

Peskyleo- very nice build, but that MSI mobo costs over 200 pounds in the UK, unfortunately most of the items cost a large amount more. But I think if I go for the GTX 760 and a Xeon i could maybe make that work.
6R1M01R3- a very nice build, definitely going to use the majority of that.
Any better monitors for £50 quid or so more?

Yh sorry i was looking at the wrong board, a i7 4790k i can get for around £240, would that be a good option?

I'ts definitely more powerful than the i7 4770k but not that much more. For the difference in price that there is between the 2, if you don't have a precise budget its surely worth going for the i7 4790k. Anyway if i were you i would choose that over the xeon, purely because its overclockable.

If you want to overclock the CPU then go for the i7 4770k or i7 4790k if it fits in the budget (with a Z97 mobo and CPU cooler). If you don't plan to overclock then I would stick with the Xeon E3 1241v3 or 1231v3 since the Xeons are i7s without the integrated GPU and are locked (cant be overclocked).

6R1M01R3's build is pretty similar to what I would recommend.
