Computer monitor Afk after turning power off

I was trying to fix my computer resolution when I followed instructions and turned all my power from computer off. I put all the cables back and the screen is on but won't display anything. PLEASE HELP!

It's probably trying to boot to an unsupported resolution.

The caveman method to fix this:

Boot to safe mode.
Uninstall graphics driver.
Reboot
Reinstall graphics driver.
