The problems involve strange "flashing" on dirt/gravel areas in Trials Evolution and Far Cry 3. There is also some pretty severe anti-aliasing issues in all games (edges moving and flashing as I move). I don't have another motherboard to test the my comp parts on, but I switched out my 760 with my old 550ti, and the problems persist.

If it's not the GPU causing the problem, is it the motherboard? Could I be my crappy monitor? I don't know. Any help is appreciated.

Specs:
GPU - GeForce GTX 760
CPU - Intel i5 3450
Mobo - GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3V
Monitor - HP S1931a

Solution
Sounds like artifacting to me, check the GPU temps ASAP. I would normally suggest using a benchmarking program, but if artifacting is an issue then a benchmark could cause further issues. I would suggest downloading ASUS GPU Tweak and running it (If it doesn't show the graphs, there is a small button in the bottom left corner you can use to open them).

Once GPU Tweak is downloaded, run FarCry 3 until you see these issues, and report back with the temps. Try this with both cards too. It's the summer now, so the higher ambient temperatures could easily be causing your GPUs to overheat and throttle
