which gpu for the design ( 3d rendering ) ,, GTX 760 or quad k600 or what ?

hi everyone

am architecture student and i want to setup a new PC for architectural design program such as ( autocad , maya , 3dmax , google sketchup , blender ......... ) AND , i want to play in my free time some games

so the usage will be 60% design and 40% games

will my budget is not more than 250 or 300 $ for the GPU . when i went to the hardware shops
they advice me with quad k600 ( according to my budget )

then i told them that i need it also for gaming , will all of them agree on GTX 760 , multi task and strong with 3d rendering and good for the gaming such as watch dog

anyway , i don't know what to buy gtx 760 or k600 or what ?
help pllz

but when i saw the quad k600 gaming performance it wasn't that good , gta was lagging and not fast frame per sec .

i need something between that , gaming or 3d rendering

If you do more 3D rendering it's more worth your while to spend the money on the Quadro card.

What do you mean? Do you want benchmarks for both in terms of performance in games and in rendering?
