Laptops and espiclaly not nettops are not upgradeable like desktops are.
In a desktop there is standard power connectors, standard demensions of the board, and standard port layouts (ok the metal back i/o plate is standard size so the OEM can use whatever combination of ports the want).
On a laptop every model is different and that motherboard might only fit in 2 different laptops for an entire product line.
Not to mention on smaller laptops most cpus are soldered directly onto the board so that is also not upgradeable.
You can upgrade to more ram memory, and you can swap your hard drive for an ssd drive but that is bassically it.
