Need a monitor for my MSI R9 280.

I'm upgrading from a 17" CRT (yuck!!!!).
I can spend max 150$ for monitor. I'm looking for a good 19-22 inch monitor that can fully display/utilise graphics power of my R9 280. I want to play skyrim with nice 'k enb' preset and I don't want to be held back by my crappy monitor.

Is this monitor good enough?

I want a monitor that has good colour output, crisp text display and wide viewing angles. My first preference is a 1080p monitor, with size not more than 22 inch.
I am willing to settle for 19 inch display even, if it has sharp, crisp display with good colours and native resolution of at least 1600x900. And my budget is max Rs 8000.
I apologise as I didn't make it clear before.

Many many thanks for your help. I went ahead and bought BenQ GL2250HM. And I am really happy with it. Its has the same feature set as BenQ GL2460HM except size which is 22 inch for GL2250HM. And it cost me Rs. 9100 (i.e 150 US Dollars).

nice man enjoy the prices here you could find a 23 inch for 126$ when on sale but the prices are hiked up for other countries.
