I never knew CyberPower also made UPS, probably made by someone else with their sticker slapped on it. The most well known brand is by APC.
The R9-290 is around the same price as a GTX 770 and it's a lot faster.
You'll also need a OS. All these fancy components can't be put to good use without a OS.
What is your budget? Do you need keyboard, monitor, mouse, and OS?

The main purposes of my computer are gaming and editing movies.

I have already windows 7 for os. For my mouse and keyboard, I have already the logitech mk120. For the r9 290, it is rated only 3 stars on 5 on newegg whereas the gtx 770 is 5 stars on 5. Futhermore, I have already heard that the gpus with asus radeon chipsets have not stables performances.

The Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC are very highly rated and deliver a big bang for your buck , the 770 is somewhere between the 280X and the 290. However its your call , the 770 is a great card

You can check the compatibility of anything on pcpartpicker.com and it will tell you the compatibility issues found :)
