Ahhh BlackBird at it again! This wonderful guy helped me out a couple times :) . Anyway, you system is more than perfect for overclocking, EXCEPT for your psu. Its under powered for OCing. I have a Corsair CX750M and I OC just fine. As long as you have at least 650w, you will be fine.
