I have built my own Pc, this is the third one I've built, I'm not getting any power at all with the whole PC when pressing the button on the PC, I tried the paperclip test, and the PSU fan spins and I've placed a connector into the modular PSU and the case fans spin etc etc.
PSU is: Silverstone Strider 750W
Motherboard is: Asrock Pro 4
I removed the motherboard away from the case and placed it down somewhere to see if maybe it was shorting with the case, but still nothing.
I'm pretty confident the 24pin and 8 pin connector are in properly, here are some photos:

Is it more likely to be a faulty PSU or motherboard?
