My graphics card is no longer detected in Device Manager after I deleted the drivers

My graphics card, a Radeon HD 7570 which came with my desktop, has been kind of slow lately for games like Skyrim. So I decided to delete the drivers. I didn't do it manually but rather with "Display Driver Uninstaller". So it put it into safe mode and all that. I restarted my computer and my graphics card was not there, and instead uses "Microsoft Basic Render Driver". But then I realized that I haven't updated the new drivers. I obviously went and did that and restarted my computer but my Radeon card still isn't detected?

Okay this is fairly easy to do!.... go on control panel and search "Device Manager" then click "Display adapters" then under there it should have a picture of your graphic card... like in this picture (Click the link) http://i.gyazo.com/a7e3a0b9c58119c79924ac95108b8f2e.png

From there click the graphic card display, for you it should say AMD RADEON HD 7570 under the "Display adapter" icon and then after you have clicked it.... Click "Driver" Then click "update driver" and it should be done! Try it!! ---> click link . http://i.gyazo.com/627faf14a61a191b8de3b4f883c77c38.png

No that's the problem! It doesn't appear there at all. Only the "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" appears there.

I have AMD catalyst, but how can I make it automatically update my driver?
