PSU buzzing sound

Hi

I just finished building my new pc and I noticed the psu is making a strange buzzing sound when scrolling in Chrome, holding keys down on the keyboard and just at random times.
The sound is definitely not coil whine, it's silent yet carries much farther therefor making it very annoying.
My system specs:
Cpu: Intel Core i7 4790K
Mobo: MSI Gaming 9 AC
Gpu: MSI R9 290X
Psu: Cooler Master V1000

What should I do?

Also, is it normal for the PSU to produce audible 3 clicks when I turn the system on (they sound much like the clicks you get when actually flicking the button on the PSU)? I have a corsair PSU laying around and it also does that..

Back on topic... my EVGA NEX750B is also making this buzzing noise as we speak right now. I'm in the process of RMA'ing this thing. If I were you, I'd RMA your PSU as well.
