is there really no way to convert windows 8.1 32bit to windows 8.1 64bit?
i had windows updater disc to get from windows 7.
i have always been a defender of the way windows works but this is a scummy slimmy move to not let you change it over.
i have 16gb of ram and this crap chokes it down to 3gbs of ram

Unfortunately there is no way to convert from 32bit to 64bit.. just not possible.

I'd like to add that there has been a 64bit version of Windows ever since XP. So unless you're brand new to computers there's no reason to not have converted over by now after a fresh install.

no it wont its an upgrade key so i have to have somthing instaled already
and it is posible they just dont let you
at that point where they ask you if thers anything you want to save if you say nothing you are in the end getting a clean instal so why could it not just put in after that do you want to go for 64bit
